We make every effort to process all orders within 24 hours when orders are placed Monday - Friday. For domestic orders within the UK, orders will be sent using standard shipping methods via Royal Mail unless otherwise specified. For international shipments, method and shipping time will vary depending on the country being shipped to.

Due to the use of external services to carry out delivery, we have limited control over parcels once they have left our headquarters.

Shipping estimates do not constitute a guaranteed arrival date for goods. If you are concerned about the progress of your order, please contact us. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will always do our best to keep you updated on your order's progress, and to ensure that all goods arrive in the expected time and condition.

Unfortunately Royal Mail does not provide the ability to track standard delivery (UK) so if you require your order by a certain date or you would like to be able to track, we would recommend upgrading your postage. If you are outside of the UK or have selected delivery via DHL, your parcel will have tracking and we can provide you with updates on its progress upon request.

Placing an order before 13:00 (GMT) ensures that your order will be dispatched on the same day.

All next-day or express orders must be placed by 13:00 (Monday - Friday).

We hope you like our products as much as we like designing them. If you would like to return an item you've purchased you can do so within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. We ask that you return the products in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached and in their original packaging, as we cannot guarantee a full refund if an item for any reason shows signs of wear or is not returned in its original condition.
