We make every effort to process all orders within 24 hours when orders are placed between Monday and Friday. For domestic orders within the UK, orders will be sent using standard shipping methods via Royal Mail unless otherwise specified. For international shipments, method and shipping time will vary depending on the country being shipped to. 

Placing an order before 13:00 (GMT) ensures that your order will be dispatched on the same day. 

All next-day or express orders must be placed by 13:00 (GMT) (Monday - Friday). 

Due to the use of external services to carry out delivery, we have limited control over parcels once they have left our headquarters. 

Shipping estimates do not constitute a guaranteed arrival date for goods. If you are concerned about the progress of your order, please contact us. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will always do our best to keep you updated on your order's progress, and to ensure that all goods arrive in the expected time and condition. 

Please note that during UK Bank Holidays, deliveries may be shipped the next working day.



UK Standard Delivery 

Unfortunately, Royal Mail does not provide the ability to track standard delivery so if you require your order by a certain date or you would like to be able to track the progress of your order, we would recommend upgrading your postage.  

If your item has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated arrival date, please get in contact as it may have gotten lost. Please note that before 10 business days have passed, we are unable to send out replacements as until this date has passed, the parcel is considered late but not yet lost. 

Europe & Rest of World  

If you are based in Ireland, you can select either Royal Mail International or DHL which are both tracked services. 

If you are outside of the UK or have selected delivery via DHL, your parcel will have tracking and we can provide you with updates on its progress upon request.

We hope you like our products as much as we do. If you would like to return an item for any reason you can do so within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.  

If the item is being returned due to fault on our end, we are happy to refund postage costs to the customer where proof of postage is supplied. This would cover instances such as damaged or faulty goods, or an incorrect order being received.  

We ask that you return the products in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached and in their original packaging, as we cannot guarantee a full refund if an item for any reason shows signs of wear or is not returned in its original condition and packaging. 

Please note that for reasons of health & safety we do not accept returns of K-Masks that have been unsealed. We only accept returns of K-Masks that have been received in unsatisfactory condition that show manufacturing faults.

Please also note that after the 14-day return window, you may not be eligible for a full refund if there is no fault with the product(s) or with the delivery of said product(s). Similarly, if an item is sent back to us with no prior communication or we are unable to determine who it is from this may prevent us from being able to process a refund, so please contact us first or fill out the returns slip at the bottom of your order invoice.
